ETP in the Spotlight: Making Technology Work for Every School

We are thrilled to announce that Education & Technology Professionals (ETP) was recently featured in Business Talk Magazine! The cover story highlights our journey from a small New Jersey startup to a national leader in ed-tech.

The feature dives into what makes ETP different: our "all-in-one" approach that combines on-site IT support with turnkey STEM programs. As our founder Lucas Ostrowski shared in the interview, "There’s a real, underserved need for qualified IT professionals in rural areas and smaller schools." We’re proud to be filling that gap and ensuring that when technology is in the classroom, learning never stops.

Big Tech & Ed Tech Highlights This Month

In November, Google unveiled a significant array of AI advancements, highlighting their commitment to integrating artificial intelligence more deeply into productivity and learning tools. Among these innovations are Gemini 3 and Nano Banana Pro, two groundbreaking developments that promise to enhance user experiences across various platforms. Gemini 3, with its advanced language processing capabilities, is designed to facilitate more intuitive interactions and streamline workflow processes. Meanwhile, Nano Banana Pro introduces cutting-edge machine learning features that aim to optimize educational environments and personal productivity. These updates signify Google's ongoing effort to harness AI technology in ways that empower users and foster more efficient, intelligent workspaces.

At ETP we plan on being a guide and partner to these updates—testing emerging tools, translating the complex technology into practical solutions, and ensuring that AI integration empowers users. By approaching these updates strategically, we will help our schools build smarter, more efficient, and more human-centered digital environments

Employee Spotlight!

Meet Joshua, one of our newest Technology Specialists and Instructors. Joshua brings a strong background in educational technology and hands-on classroom experience to the ETP team. He supports both staff and students in integrating technology effectively across all grade levels, while also teaching and maintaining his school's tech infrastructure.

AI & Leadership

In the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence, education leaders face the crucial task of harmonizing AI innovation with the principles of ethics, equity, and privacy.

As AI technologies become increasingly integrated into educational systems, leaders must ensure that these tools are used responsibly, safeguarding students' personal information and ensuring equitable access for all learners. This balance requires a careful consideration of ethical implications, such as preventing bias and ensuring transparency in AI-driven decision-making.

At the same time, the importance of professional learning and digital fluency cannot be overstated. Educators need ongoing training to effectively incorporate AI into their teaching practices, empowering them to leverage these tools to enhance learning outcomes while maintaining a commitment to ethical standards.
