Education and Technology – it’s what we do. Since the very beginning, Education Technology Professionals has focused on serving teachers, supporting administrators, and inspiring students. Classroom technology and STEM teaching methods unlock immersive, exciting new ways to learn.
Together, we can prepare students for a brighter future and give schools the hands-on, personal support they need.
Lucas Ostrowski, our founder, spent the first 13 years of his career working for Fortune 500 companies in senior IT roles. His work was highly valued, but it didn’t feel valuable. When Lucas learned how many rural school districts were struggling to find professional IT services, he knew it was time for a change.
Education Technology Professionals signed our first school IT contract in 2016, and we never looked back. 90% of our growth has been driven by word of mouth, and Lucas dreams of serving schools across all 50 states in the next few years.
This full-spectrum model is completely unique because we combine professional IT services with STEM education. Plus, on-site support allows us to build stronger bonds and add even more value to classrooms.

Are you a Staffing Agency?No! This is a common initial assumption about ETP. We hire, train and retain the employees working at our schools, taking even more off of the plates of school administrators. Everyone who works for ETP is a full-time W-2 employee, with health benefits, retirement plans, etc.

Why choose our services?We are a one-stop shop that schools appreciate for their STEM and IT needs. We bring qualified educators and technicians with real-world experience.

Where are you based?We are presently headquartered in the Northeastern part of the country and growing rapidly. Because of our service model, we are able to provide our services across the country.

Is the staff certified?Each Technician or Teacher placement is tailored to the specific requirements of a local school or district. If you need a specific certification, we can help!

How does this all work?If you need a STEM teacher or IT Technician (or an IT department!) we have you covered. We hire/train/retain the employees and place them at your school. Our services are all-inclusive, thus there are no extra fees for project/specialty work, etc.
